The 'Get Stuffed' project has been set up to ultimately create a sustainable social enterprise which is run by learning disabled members of our community. The aim is to develop a service which consists of:-

• Printing flyers, booklets and posters etc.

• Preparing and packing envelopes

•Creating and sorting the contents for mail shots

•Packing and distributing mail on behalf of local charities

•Packing and distributing mail for voluntary organisations & public sector etc

• Shredding documents and paper.

The project is set up to help train people with learning disabilities to reach their potential as a workforce, by doing something they enjoy and can excel in. 2activ8 Centre is based in Ammanford, which is also the home of the Junior Gateway Charity along with 2activ8 Gift Shop and the Benwig Tea Room.

The training involves learning the importance of time management, dress code and work practise, dealing with conflicts and health and safety. All work is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and on the job support is provided.
